I have worked with Liz for approximately eight years. I met her as a coach for the Shake it Off clinic when I wanted to lose weight. I visit Liz a minimum of twice a year to clean up my diet and be coached (and reminded) how to live and eat healthier. Recently, I was having a problem with low blood sugar. Liz helped me with my diet and my sugar stabilized- within a week!
Liz is super energetic, upbeat, encouraging and does not judge. If I eat poorly, she helps me to flush the guilt and move forward. It is always good to see her and I know she will have a smile and a laugh for me whenever I walk through the door. She is knowledgeable and passionate about healthy living. I would highly recommend her to help anyone live and eat healthier.
